Sentrix · Care-led technology

Intelligent fall detection and overnight welfare, for care homes.

It's not about the technology. It's about the outcomes.

Born from care.
Not from code.

There is a significant difference between a technology company entering the care sector and a care organisation building technology. We are the latter. Sentrix exists because the people who built it have spent decades inside care, supporting individuals, managing risk, and understanding what staff actually need at 3am when a resident doesn't return to bed.

Sentrix is its own company, founded by people whose other businesses have delivered residential and domiciliary care across North Wales for more than twenty years. Every product we ship is shaped by people who run night shifts, sit through CQC and CIW inspections, and know what it means to keep someone safe with dignity.

We are not a tech company that has seen an opportunity in health and social care. We have been embedded in it for over two decades.
Sentrix

Built for the moment
that matters.

Sentrix builds for the moments that matter: a fall at 3am, a resident who hasn't returned to bed, a change in the pattern of a night that a care team needs to know about. Our product is shaped by care principles, built for the people whose lives it touches.

In care, the dignity of the individual must always come first.
Sentrix design principles

Technology that serves the person, not the other way around.

Every capability has been selected and configured through direct experience in residential and home care. These are not features for a product brochure, they are responses to real situations our teams have encountered. Whether it is the sensor watching over a quiet bedroom at night or the alert that reaches a carer in time, the same principles apply.

We do not collect what we do not need. We do not record what does not belong to us. And we never compromise on the dignity of the person at the centre of the room.

Dignity first

Zero cameras. The sensor detects shape and movement, never images, so dignity is preserved even in the most private moments of the night.

Only what's needed

We do not collect what we do not need, and we do not record what does not belong to us. Data serves the welfare of the person, and nothing more.

Built to belong

Hardware and software designed to fit into rooms and routines that already exist. No disruption to sleep, no wearables, no devices for residents to charge or remember.

Evidence by default

Every event is timestamped and logged automatically. An audit trail for CQC and CIW inspections, no additional paperwork, no retrospective documentation.

Sentrix felt like the right fit because it works to the same values as Haulfryn. It strengthens our approach rather than changing it.
